Service & Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your item, simply return it and we
will refund the original cost of the auction less shipping. To return
the item email us a request for a return shipping label. A return
shipping label will be mailed to you. The shipping label must be
used in order to receive credit for the item. The auction ID and
reason for the return must accompany the item. The item must be
returned in the same condition that it was received and it must
be smoke free.
If
the item is defective, do not hesitate to email us with the problem.
Follow the return policy as stated above. When the item is received
by us and upon inspection it is either defective or not as described,
we will refund the full amount plus shipping.
